Our USB drives are preloaded with retro and classic games intended for nostalgic, personal, and educational use where legally permitted.
Game titles, images, and content remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
Yesterdecade does not claim ownership of, or affiliation with, any third-party trademarks, copyrights, or game publishers.
All logos, trademarks, characters, and other intellectual property from the games remain the sole property of their respective owners.
Our branding, packaging, product designs, and website content are owned by Yesterdecade and may not be reproduced without permission.
Products are sold “as is” with content curated for retro gaming enthusiasts; no guarantee of legal use in your jurisdiction is implied.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before purchasing or using our products.
Prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due in full at the time of order.
Orders may be cancelled if payment is not received or suspected to be fraudulent.
All sales are final — no refunds are offered for any reason other than those required by applicable UAE consumer laws.
We accept replacements only, not refunds.
Replacement is available if:
The USB is corrupted or defective upon delivery.
You contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.
The defective USB must be returned in its original condition for inspection before a replacement is issued.
Products damaged through misuse, physical damage, or improper handling are not eligible for replacement.
We are not responsible for any damages, data loss, or system issues caused by the use of our USB drives.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of any country in the world.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of any country in the world.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
